If any details require clarification, we’ll reach out immediately to move forward together. Upon confirmation of your order, your project will typically be scheduled within 24 hours.

  Our team will keep you updated on the project progress—including key milestones like material tracking, production control, production photos, and product loading schedules. We will notify you of the shipment details (e.g., estimated departure time, logistics options) 1–2 days prior to the goods being ready. This will give you time to select your preferred shipping method: UPS, DHL, FedEx, by Air or by Sea.

Always prepared for all kinds of metal fabrication projects, we are adaptable to peak demand periods. Capacity-wise, we process all metal and hard plastic materials using advanced in-house equipment: high-speed CNC, precision EDM, CNC machining lathes, and fabrication machines to support your projects.

  The Jiayi team consists of approximately 40 employees and ships over 50 unique parts daily. If stock materials are available, single parts can be delivered within one day. We operate on a 24/6 schedule, prioritizing urgent orders for production, with 24/7 logistics support to ensure timely delivery.
